My ex asked me this exact question when we first started dating like 3 months in, and it wasn't revealed untill 2 years later that she was sleeping with other guys and everything fell apart.

If she wants me to have sex with other girls, I wouldn't call that cheating since she already knows.

But I'm not someone who goes around having sex with other girls when in a relationship and it will definitely make me feel less about her. I may even break up with her over this.
