Is he really busy or not interested anymore?

I've been with this man for more than a year. Lately we're not seeing each other often (as we used to). He initiates conversations, but takes a ridiculous time to reply back when I do. He's been busy working from home, yet I don't think anyone is ever too busy when they care. I addressed that to him and he said he's focusing at one thing at a time and doesn't want extra pressure. I've caught him texting other females before though, and it's not that I trust him much.

You caught him texting other females before? Did you address this? It might be that you're no longer a top priority for him, and his interest could be elsewhere. However, before jumping to conclusions etc. you need to have a proper conversation with him and let him know exactly how you feel. From then you can gauge by his response if you're on the same page or not.

It's not a great sign if you already don't trust him, or wary of his loyalty?

Yes. The first time he tried to justify himself, said it was just talking and reassured me it wasn't happening again (he left that country so I gave him another chance) The second time another girl, another lie. We broke up for a month, but eventually got back together again.

I had a conversation, he said that it doesn't have anything to do with me, he just doesn't want extra pressure atm and it's just focusing at one thing at a time.

And how do you feel about that? if you trust his response then go with it, but also don't ignore your gut instincts. More often than not they direct us in the right direction.
If a guy really wants to spend time someone etc. they'll make the time and effort x
