Yes, sometimes I compliment women wearing cute sneakers, beautiful ballet flats, boots, Mary Jane which I find something extraordinary or more comfortable. They look so perfect so I just say that's beautiful. nothing creepy or funny just simple, elegant and innocent compliment.

Yes. Compliments but also weird inappropriate questions like : "are you going to a wedding"? (While wearing all black gothic dress)

I only ever comment positive things in situations like that. I've done things like that at bars. Back when I was in better shape, I had women exclaim things like "dude, you're sexy," when I was in stores and stuff.
