When it comes to relationship progression, are these good signs?

We met on Hinge in June, went on a myriad of dates and made it official on August 27th.
On Friday (September 16th), he suggested I meet some friends and tour the new home he purchased last year.

So he picked me up, drove me to his home on Sunday ( September 18th), gave me a tour of his entire house, including his bedroom and even joked about designating a full bathroom for me that I could use.

With that being said, on our way home, he asked me if I liked his home and the neighbourhood and then told me that he was pretty happy his friend liked me.
I'm 25, and he is 26. Hence I'm new to the dating world. Are these good signs?

Oh my, do you feel like you hit the Lotto on the first time out? Obviously, he is driven, clear headed, and knows what he likes when he sees it. It is good that you know his life to some degree as well as a friend or two. Given his effort, I would feel inclined to offer one myself.

Now, this is just me but I would be relieved if you said, "Want to meet my parents." I mean meet and spend time... then meet again the next month and have dinner. I want to see how you interact with them, how they are with one another, and how they are with me. The RELATIONSHIP does not start until about 3 months after the Family time together. What did your Parents think, on both side of the equation, is paramount.

I would recognize that this is positive, good, and a blessing. I would also recognize that Relationship includes Parental and Family influence across the board. And, the real pressures of Relationship do not begin until both sides have had about 3 months of time and family deliberation or scrutiny. Relationship is risk.

Very helpful!! He did mention he has told his family about me, so they know my name, and he did tell his friends my name as well prior to his meeting, so maybe just maybe I might meet his family in the next 3 months or so.
