i told him that "he hurt me so much" and he said he is really anxious to hear this and he don't communicate with me like for 1 day till now. am i over express upon him?

The case
We both love each other, but when he sees me, he always says about nudes. One day i refuse this, because we can discuss other topics instead of nudes, but he stops talking and going away from me. I ask him why u desperating from me, And he said that "When i see u, i always think about nudes, you don't like these things so i don't talk to you." But i feel hurt when he just don't talk with me. Thus i said him He hurt me..
