A Girl I used to text everyday suddenly goes cold, should I stop text her and wait for her to initiate?

I met this girl one month and a few weeks ago, before I moved to another country, we exchange our numbers and after that we used to talk like everyday like even past 1am something I don't do even with best friends but I told myself since we could not see each other physically so it was the only way to know each other. She used to text me a picture of her, not nude, of her daily life, so I was getting emotionally attached and planned to come back just to see her. But this past few days she seems colder, She still responds to my text and calls, but she seems more detached and takes more time to respond, before she used to text me first and asked me what I was doing now I feel I'm bothering her I don't know.

I know right now she has a school project she is invested in but before she always had a minute to text me what she was doing. So right now I don't know if it is something I said or she's just losing interest in me or me overthinking. Should I stop texting her for a few days and see if she cares by reaching me first?

I think you answered your own question. She is busy with a school project and probably other things in life. Think about it this way... have you ever had a few days when you just weren't right? That happens and sometimes you just are not the person you usually are.

There is no issue with you sending a text if you want to. I wouldn't be pushy about it though. Just ask if things are going okay. If you have a good relationship with her, she will likely open up about what is going on in life.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Overthinking this will lead to nothing but trouble. You may even push her away if she is having a rough week or whatever.

That said, no problem at all messaging her. Stay positive and just understand that things might be a little rough for her right now. I remember those days of school projects and getting stressed. It passes in time when she is done and has some room to breathe.

I wouldn’t, this is probably a waste of time to wait, just ask her or find a way to initiate the conversation, then you’ll see… if she was texting and responding before then it’s not her ‘normal’ behavior to be cold or want space, usually women don’t do that. There could be a million reasons

It is useless to spend all kinds of time on a person that you can’t share real space with. There is no hope for relationship. You are wasting energy worrying about it. She’s probably got a local interest now. Your fling has flung…. Save it for your local. She’ll be needy for attention sometime but it does not mean anything except she is bored. You are aware of this already….
