First, the mandatory things. She MUST be heterosexual, MUST be monogamous, and MUST be politically sane. Loyalty and respect are also mandatory! These are completely unnegotiable.

Kindness is important to me. I am intelligent, have a sense of humor, and strong work ethic, so I expect the same in a partner, and at least ONE of these three are required.
