Should I push my boyfriend to work in Russia instead helping his family's farm in Turkey?

he was working as an engineer in Russia. but when his contract ended. he has to work harder in crappy place plus he has to help his family to run the farm. he was a country guy.

I love him and I want us to get marry. but what made me annoyed is he's not rich.
