No, but I would definitely break up with them and never talk to them. Abortion is a serious medical procedure and it would upset me if they weren't even open to discussing it. Especially since the baby is our (although I would respect the decision also since it's her body and it's not like she can transfer the baby elsewhere).

Why is it about her body and not the baby?
Abortion isn't a contraceptive, condoms, the pill, depo shots, mirana, etc. Those are contraceptives.
If you know you're not ready to have a baby, you use two form of birth control or you don't have sex.
I'm not condoning the fact that he hit a woman, so please, spare me that nonsense..
But that was his baby too, and if they weren't using birth control and both were aware of it, then she had no right to abort his child without talking to him first.
