Let’s say, you found out somehow that your woman was pregnant at some point in your relationship but went to get an abortion. Also, you confront her about this, but she gives you a reason for why she felt like hiding all of this from you would be a good or positive thing.

I would feel extremely angry. She didn't even care to hear what I had to say about the matter let alone allow me to have an equal importance say in the decision making. Women these days consider a man's opinion/decisions to be pointless. Which is why I'm never having sex because I'm not a dumbass, I know where Sexual intercourse leads. And women are too God damned selfish to make such a decision by themselves. They don't give a fuck about their partner nor the human life growing inside of them. I would tell her immediately after finding out what she did that we are done. I don't give a fuck if she begs me to stay. She obviously doesn't care enough about me to even talk about something so important. Why the fuck would I want to stay with someone so Misandristic? It's better to stay single boys.

Why are pro-life people so against supporting the living more than fetuses who haven’t developed their own organs to support it’s own living? As a woman you need to be open and honest with your partner sit down and have a talk with them this is my opinion as a woman have an open and honest conversation about how you feel and why you are considering an abortion in the end it’s your body but you need to talk with your partner feel like and explain where you’re coming from because it took two to create the baby. If I were a man I would be cutter upset but if I truly loved her I would support her but I think the biggest thing is you need to have a talk just be honest and say hey you know I don’t feel ready to be a mother I think they’d rather you be open and honest and them had to find out after the fact and I think they wanna know so they can support you so you don’t have to do it alone
You should tell him but he should not have a say in it since you can't force women to give birth. It also depends on the guy. If he is abusive or a radical anti abortion, she should not tell her for her own safety. And wtf do men who dont use contraceptives in a proper expect to happen?

The reason wouldn't matter. The fact that she didn't tell me in the beginning to deal with whatever the reasoning was in the first place is more important. At that point I'm not a part of that relationship, the abortion actually being a positive because it's one less tie to bind me when I'm leaving.
If you're in a serious relationship you share your ups and downs, the happy times, troubles, and what you're simply confused about. If you start hiding and lying about things towards your partner that relationship is breaking if not already broken. You've just illustrated one example of how that can happen. Most women would leave a guy if he lost his job and hid it until he got a new job, which I would consider less extreme, but it's still lying and deception towards your partner.
As far as how I would feel, I would feel frustrated, erase every link I have with them, and within a few months to years since I have memory problems I'd feel nothing at all.

Let me say that I am pro-choice. That being said I would break up with her immediately for the reason that she somehow doesn't trust me to support her. It's not that she terminated the pregnancy, it's that she doesn't think that I am a very supportive individual.

Past a certain point the fetus' brain develops to a point where it can think, feel, and develop a narrative (have memories). Developmentally the *only* significant difference between an 8 month fetus and a neonate is weight. They are equally aware of their environment (though inside the uterus there's less stimuli). They are equally capable of processing the environment. They are equally capable of remembering their environments and the people in them.
Why is geography the basis for determining if it's a baby or not? Why do billions of pregnant women who have babies refer to the fetus as a baby when it's in utero? Are they all mistaken? Why is the definition of a baby dependent on the whim of the mother?

How are the countless measurements that we've taken on the brain activities of premature babies born at seven and even six months of age in error? We know how the central nervous system works. We know how it develops. We know that the neurons fire because we measure them in fetuses. How are these in error? As for them being a bunch of cells, that's quite correct. But then again the same could be said of you. *You're* a bunch of cells. And these cells have no functioning capability? What doctor/anatomist/developmental scientist has ever said any such thing. How is it fetuses can metabolize? How is it they can perform cellular respiration? How is it they can respond to stimuli? How is it they exhibit circadian rhythms, complete with dream cycles?
They are indeed a bunch of cells as surely as you and I are. But that this bunch of cells has no functioning capability is ridiculous. An 8 month bunch of cells has as much functioning capability as a bunch of cells we call a neonate.

1) I wouldn’t be screwing a girl without contraception unless I had some plans of marriage. 2) If we weren’t ready for kids and got pregnant, I would weigh the benefits/loss. If we would have to sacrifice a huge amount of income and move in with friends/parents for long term, it isn’t worth it. 3) I believe it’s important to do abortions asap instead of waiting until they are fully formed with all organs. I also know it’s a terrible thing. My issue are the women who are getting more than 1 abortion. Who are screwing random men, being promiscuous, using abortion as contraception. It’s disgusting. If a woman waits past 3 months to abort, she should be forced to carry it and adopt. That’s in my opinion. If the state doesn’t allow abortion, then people just need to move.
Leave her for sure. It shows that she is totally against men's rights to their children, plus she isn't up front/honest in the relationship, which ruins the relationship. Even if it was concerning another topic besides abortion. Deception/dishonesty in a relationship is totally unacceptable.

It would definitely corrupt the relationship because she didn’t tell me. I would of at least helped her through the process or at least discussed with her. Yes it is her body but we are supposed to be a team that communicates and works as one. I would be going through several emotions that she didn’t discuss with me and she went through it by herself. The relationship might be fractured on the trust level

What if she said, it wasn’t about trust and that it is her body so it’s not about you or the relationship.
It is her body, no argument with that. However when we enter a relationship, we coordinate with each other, especially on a significant scale such as an abortion. In the end I would 100 % support the decision but without any form of heads up would make me not trust on her to be transparent as a couple.
It’s like the military, your unit/ team have to move as one organism. If someone in the unit did something without running by the CO would cause such hassle regardless if your CO would of support the decision from the beginning
Generally this means they don't like you. If a woman likes you she is going to try and steal condoms and stuff like that, not get an abortion. The only exception that comes to mind is if the woman tries to trick you to get her pregnant and then finds out you are no way staying with her.
I've personally had this happen to me more than once. ONS girls tell me they are on the pill then next thing you know they are pregnant and I say "I will have nothing to do with you because you are a slut as evidenced by the ONS" then magically they are no longer pregnant. This has happened to me four times basically.
Then I learned never trust a girl saying she's on the pill. I was young and stupid but have since not had any issues like this at all. I am definitely pro life but I am not a moron and to be with a ho bag under any circumstance is not the right thing to do. Nor did I tell her to do that or force her to.

Regardless if it was something I wanted also or not, I'd be upset I wasn't told. As far as her reasons for it, I'd ask her to reverse it, wouldn't she feel the same way if I went ahead and did something that affects her, but didn't tell her (imagine how upset they'd be lol). It's amazing how when it's them, it's ok or justified (in their minds). I think I'd have to be in the situation before I'd know for sure what I'd do or feel, but that would be the first feeling.
I'd probably freak out at first, but we'd end up talking about it. Realistically, most of the reasons it would happen are understandable.
But I'd be angry as hell and I'd feel a little betrayed. But at the end of the day that's her choice and even if she did tell me about it before, it would have likely ended the same anyway.

I had a girlfriend who got pregnant with another mabs kid but even so i loved the child as if it were my own and was going work my ass off (I knew it wasn't my kid because I'm a virgin) however we broke up before the child was born She said it was rape but I'm not sure either way I was going to throw away my future for a child that wasn't mine so imagine what I'd do for a child that was mine?
I would be so incredibly angry that I would immediately end the relationship. That is one of the ultimate forms of betrayal in a relationhip. How would I ever again trust her after being disrespected so absolutely?

Honestly I may have more in common with you, OlderAndWiser, than I have with tootsie. We may be on opposite sides of the abortion debate, but I can't stand so many pro-choice arguments I often find myself debating them as much as I debate pro-lifers.
Man someone not feeling comfortable enough to tell their partner about a life changing decision must be shit. I can't imagine feeling like I had no other choice but to go though the process alone for fear probably of my partners reaction.
I mean I hope I would never find myself in a relationship like that again. But for me thinking about an ex relationship, if I got pregnant with him I wouldn't have told him because it could have gone one of two ways. He would have begged, manipulated, forced me to keep it even though the chances of it killing me were high. Or he would abort it himself.
I'm just not sure what he would have done but I'm sure it would have been one of those. I know if he didn't want it he wouldn't have let me go to a clinic because he wouldn't want anyone else seeing my genitalia.
