I'm not sure what I should do?

I've matched with a girl on a dating app and hit it off. She decided to be friends with me. Then in a little over a year she got a new job and was wondering if I could help her (she just had to interview my finances). She invited me to go eat once and then again twice for some coffee. The second time her boyfriend insisted if she would ask if I would go for her if she was single. Which made things awkward for her and I. I told her no I wouldn't (which I would but I didn't want to make things more weird ). Should I just disappear? I don't want to cause any problems. But I also still want to be friends with her. Should I tell her I'm going to give them space? Thank you for reading!

If your intentions are pure, you should still be friends with her, but maybe limit your in-person interactions with her to events where her boyfriend is there with her. Hopefully that will reassure him.
