Aside from sex or cuddling (obvious answers)? I would say taking her to any kind of live music, whether it's a local cover band in a bar or an actual concert. Those have been in short supply over the last few years due to COVID.
My last girlfriend, who I dated for 4 years, went to well over 20 concerts with me, and probably twice as many shows of local bands. She was young and didn't know a ton of music older music, so I was able to introduce her to a number of bands, which was a lot of fun.

If I had one that could sing or play bass or guitar it would be to play music together. Mostly because a lot of the Doom and Stoner Doom metal band are fronted by women or have female members.
