If they got drunk and only made-out with someone else, is still cheating right?

Note: They didn't do anything else. There was NO sex. The person that cheated felt bad after the kiss, left afterwards and got taken home by a relative.

When people cheat, sex is involved most of the times. What if it only involved a drunken kiss?

Cheating is whatever your partner thinks is cheating, it's as simple as that. You don't have to answer to anyone else for whatever cheating is. If everyone but your partner said it was (or wasn't) cheating it doesn't matter if your partner thinks it is (or isn't).
