When you can first be honest with yourself on if you truly love the person. If I can honestly know I love a woman, I will be honest and tell her, even if it makes her uncomfortable. She deserves to know. There is no reason to play mind games when you truly know. On the other hand, if you aren’t sure of it yourself or it might just be a passing moment, it’s best to not say anything yet as it will do more harm than good. “Love” is serious. It will either make or break the other person depending on how sincere. Most people don’t understand true love. It’s just a quick thought of convenience due to sexual drive or other factors. Be absolutely sure prior to playing with feelings and opening a box which can’t ever really be closed.

I've had someone I'm dating saying I love you before we were official, and I've had someone that started saying I love you about a month or two after becoming official.

It's really about comfortability, and how stable you feel with the person. For me, I stay honest with how I feel and express it when I feel it's right. Every time I've said it myself for the first time, it brought us closer. So if you're sure and it feels right then just go for it! And maybe a few sweet words beforehand would help warm them up to it. ;)

It was with my girlfriend her little sister and cousin on a family holiday I joined them on. I got a constant erection which her sister and cousin saw and my girlfriend was pissed off becausei was staring at them.
