I have a guy friend that's an introvert. He said we should meet up sometime but I have no idea where we should go. I honestly wanted to go to his house to play videogames with him since we both like to. But my friend is saying that's a bad idea because he's going to think I want to have sex? If a friend asked to hang out out with you at your house to play video games are you going to think she wants sex?
Well it really comes down to this: Do you feel safe with this guy? Do you think he'd try to force anything if you turned him down?
If you're not sure, casually ask if anyone else will be there; his parents, siblings, etc.
If he says yes, and you really want to go over, I say do it. If he tries anything, leave. If you get there and the people he said would be there aren't, leave.
Have a friend on standby to give you an emergency call if things start going south.
I want to say trust he won't do anything, but it would be naive to not take precautions.
And if it turns out that he really just did want to play games, you will have made a great memory.
When it comes to guys yes it can lead up to that. I agree with your friend but if it's just a game then it should be fine
A girl accepted my invitation to play video games, and I didn't try to have sex with her. Perhaps to her disappointment, but whatever.
