So me and my boyfriend are long distance for 3 months now. I was asking him to block an ex girlfriend from his instagram account. He follows his ex and she follows him back. But he will not block her and gets angry with me when I mention it. He says they are only friends and there's nothing there but yet his best friend decided to follow me who I have never met before but he was asking me to block his friend. His best friend followed me and I follow him back. I do not know the best friend but I decided to follow him because he is my boyfriends best friend and my boyfriend has a huge problem with that and wants me to block him. Is this even fair? He gets angry when I ask but its ok for him to ask me to block someone and this is only his friend not his ex.

no it's not, and it's not about fair, it's about security and trust and selfishness... and thus, love in return.

Boyfriend doesn't know what he doesn't know and may not care, he's young... and not wise. So he needs to learn... but is probably a Grade 1 knucklehead... been there done that.

Love is a battlefield sometimes... an emotional one.

There are solutions to these problems... differences, if you are willing to come together to discuss and resolve them as mature adults.

I feel for you young people. This issue caused me problems at an older age and I had to learn to cut people out from my past. But you've got it in spades as it is your whole world and reality. You've got it tough... but you can learn and overcome.

Both of you are wrong. He needs to completely cut ties with the ex. He's not giving you 100% of his love and attention by doing that. He's still trying to keep her info around as some sort of back up plan. He needs to move on. You need to also not be allowing his bro's to be attached to you in any way and you need to be giving your boyfriend 100% of you and not thinking about other dudes. Mic drop
