Should I be mad or him?

Boyfriend has been playing games all day and keeps leaving me on seen. Mind you, we do have a good relationship and this is not an everyday thing. But, he’s been trying to do the Easter eggs from COD for WEEKS. And, I’ve let him be. I absolutely have no problem with that because I myself love to play. However today, when I said “I’m actually getting upset that you’re leaving me on seen multiple times” he texted back and said “sorry, I’ve been trying to get these Easter eggs done” and I replied with “yeah Ik, they’re more important than me”. He then proceeded to get mad at ME. He never expressed it but you can tell by the change in texting. He then decided to get off the game, lay down, and go to sleep. So here I am, the only one apologizing for WHAT? He replied with “You were only sorry under the circumstances If I am upset”. I just don’t understand why he doesn’t feel as if he should apologize to ME. Should I feel a way about this? Am I in the wrong? Just looking for advice.

Are the texts urgent? Do you spam him a lot?

You both need to talk things out and you will both get over it. If you’re angry forever then yeah maybe it’s a problem.

But. You also understand he has a life outside of you. You have a life outside of him.

He shouldn’t just ignore your texts. But then again. If you blow his phone up all hours of the day and night (not saying you do) and expect him to immediately respond if it’s not that important. That could be a problem.

Sounds like you're feeling ignored and need more attention from him. Text messages won't fix this. I'd guess you both need some quality time together irl and away from computers and phones.
And don't have serious conversations via text. It never works.

He's a gamer. That's what happens. Get really into gaming and just forget time and almost everything else. There was a time I played for days. Forgot to eat for about 12 hours. Lol. It was either fallout 3 or skyrim.

He was doing what he was doing. You get mad at him for doing it suddenly. He should know that he made you feel unwanted, but if I were him. I can understand why he doesn't think he did anything wrong
