Does commitment hard for divorce man over 40's again?

We've been in relationship for almost a year now. I understand that he has downfall since he got divorce and for me that I never been married I also want to take the knot. But a time goes by he didn't open any of this. Though he often ask me If just in case I wanted to marry him and I always said ask me in right way and I will answer yes. But now he often have plans and why do I feel like I'm not included in his plan while on the other hand if I make any decision I make it for the both of us?

I feel left behind always. He always says I'm a good match for him and a good girlfriend but all I wanted is to be his woman.

Now I feel like he doesn't want to commit. Does commitment hard for divorce man over 40's again?
