Is it the fault of both of us that the relationship has ended?

I have messed up the relationship with my overthinking and paranoia, unintentionally lowering her self-esteem with my remarks, with stressful conversations about how to make things work because I was too idealistic and I didn't ever want to lose the relationship. My ex-girlfriend was always loving and caring and didn't want to have arguments with me, and also the avoidant type, so we always had unresolved fights and her frustration accumulated. Now she told me she was not attracted to me anymore, she started texting other guys (friendly, she said), she was not enthusiastic, she replied late and I felt I couldn't force her to be into me again. However, I regret that I did things that led to that situation, but I also feel that we could've ended up better if she responded in another way in all our arguments.
