Do you ever ask for advice?
Sharing intimate tidbits for most guys is not comfortable. It is less uncomfortable putting out the fire, picking up the pieces, and carrying the intimate details rather than processing it with another.
Unfortunately, most men are not good at this and turn to Narcotic or the Like. Talking is not always everyone’s way so gym, ⚽️, 🖼, or an unknown 3rd party can be other ways to work through Intimate topics as well.
I do general conversation, but I don’t ever delve into who it is I’m talking about unless they are a trustworthy friend. I absolutely never give out any intimate info unless the one I’m talking about is fine with being open about that; everyone is entitled to a right to privacy about their own personal life.
For advice, absolutely. I only ever ask for advice if something is really stumping me, and those I ask for advice from are trustworthy people. They can be fallible, but they point me in the right direction regardless.
No I don't and I don't ask for advice anymore, I learned that I can't rely on my friends for dating/relationship advice
No, not recently. I'm kinda awkward about sharing lol

Hmm my friend is an outlet and I do share a lot about my relationships with him. But I think I stay away from talking about intimate details unless we're in a specific bonding vibe and both decide to share that kind of stuff (usually when drinking a little).
Asking for advice is fine, but you should make your OWN choice in relationships using your own thinking. Although people can sometimes see some things better from the outside of a relationship, they also don't see all the inner workings either. So it's best not to just take their word for it and do what you know is truly right. For example... you would know better than them if your partner is actually abusive and if what they're saying about them is true.
Just have a strong sense of conviction. Don't let others dictate your choices.
No. I am confident guy, and talk about this is just low to me. So i got caugt in life by Morons, but i get back to my self. Nothing changed, the reason į dont likę to be friends still the same. Its likę One guy said about being parents -its A thankless job.
Almost all the time, most of the time I ask my friends for pick up lines and small stuff. If I have bigger issues ill take those to my counselor, I trust a licensed professional over a friend with a little bit of world experience.
Oh yea, my two closest friends and I tell each other borderline too much. However, I do keep certain things about my relationship private when I don't want biased opinions.
Yes, though there are some things we consider secrets that I dont share. Also I share it detailed with mostly two people which I consider my closest friends.
Yeah but… I would always keep a layer of privacy always, not everything can be shared and I don’t want anyone else’s opinions on some matters it is too private for me or for him
With only this one guy, because he is more than a brother to me and we always have each other's backs. But for everyone else that's a solid NO, never. People like to ruin things when they get jealous, and the sooner you realize the better a lot of people who act like your friends aren't actually your friends and will try to subtly destroy you while blaming it on you.
So better keep things private.
I may be older than you want to answer, but the answer is yes. Both my wife and do with our respective very close friends.
Yes. That's what close friends are for. We def dish a little on intimate details sometimes if not ask for advice
We did in the very beginning when we were learning how to do things right. Not anymore though.
Details but only with close friends. Yeah I ask for advice.
nope, but I don't think guys really do that, ask for advise very often.
Absolutely not. It's just begging for trouble
I don't discuss that stuff with them because it's none of their business, really
Yes I talk to my close friends and ask for advice all the time
No, it would be unfair and disrespectful to my girlfriend for me to share our intimate details with anyone else.
I used to but did lead some drama through out college when I did have relationships but did ended with breakup. Some did cheat.
Not really, I think it’s a betrayal of trust for the other person
No, I hate when my friends are nosy.
Only with prior permission
