Easy solution! Call it off, find someone worthy of your time. Your job will be secure, he can't fire you over this. If he does, can you say lawsuit? Lol. Of course I understand that you probably would feel uncomfortable working there, so look for other jobs and get a fresh start. Office or workplace romances usually fail eventually and it's best to avoid them in the first place. Of course I understand how easy it is to fall into a situation like that since so much time is spent at work but it's definitely best to avoid romances like this because when things go sideways your entire life, work and relationship is affected. Much better to balance out because if you have a issue at work, you can rely on your relationship for support. If you have a relationship issue, you can throw yourself into your work but if you date in the office, it's just a total recipe for disaster eventually. Been there myself. Ugh.
