How do I stop getting myself involved with older men?

hi im 15 , i keep getting into trouble with older men (even involving with the police) not long ago i was taken advantage of by a teacher in my school. Even after all the things that have happened to me i still keep getting attracted to older men. I don’t know why but i thought it could be linked with me not growing up with a dad?

It's likely due to you not growing up with a father figure- the desire to have an older man validate you as a young woman, and acknowledge your value, is going to be there. Mix this with the normal teenage sex hormones, and it's a dangerous combination.

To answer the question: you can't stop your attraction to older men, but you're responsible for what you do. If you know putting yourself alone with these older guys leads to bad scenarios, stop doing it. Don't connect with them on social media, or get their snap/ numbers, and if you have any on your phone, delete them. Have discipline despite your attractions, because you'll only yourself and these guys serious issues.

That's all well and fine, but even a normal relationship between you and an older guy in this society is going to start a scandal- possibly prison for the guy if you send them any photos. If you're 18 and still feel the way you do, and meet an older guy (I'd suggest nobody over mid-30's, I mean you want them to be alive...) who has good intentions with you then you can entertain a relationship.
The sad fact is, that as a teen girl, just about every guy is interested in you- whether they admit it or not. However, this interest is largely sexual, and being pursued for that is NOT going to be healthy for you, or your future relationships. I'm also not saying younger guys are any better- they're not.

You used exactly the right words. :) You said "I still keep getting attracted to older men" -- you can't change who you're attracted to. You can, however, change your choices and behaviors and actions. That leads to the other word you used, "involved". So, you probably won't stop being attracted to older men -- and that's okay. But just don't put yourself in a situation where you have to make bad choice or a choice that you'll regret later. Don't be alone, take your friends with you, etc.

As for why, yes, it could be not growing up with a dad but it could also be that you're seeking a certain body type or you like their maturity relative to boys your age, or any number of factors.
