I’m too afraid to talk to my partner about negative feelings I have out of fear of them thinking negatively of me, how do I deal with this?

I want to have a healthy relationship. I know I can overthink sometimes but it’s because I genuinely care a lot. I’m worried I’m going to be seen as a pain, but when I get upset I can’t hide it and get distant. I feel we both are. I’m so afraid of problems I just try so hard to avoid them it weighs on me. I don’t understand how to deal with this
