My girlfriend is white by the way and she called me a racial slur after we got into an argument over harambe (the gorilla that was shot and killed). So she has a short temper problem already to begin with. She gets mad at the drive through if told she has to move up. She’ll say “nope. I’m staying here. Im not moving up.”

Is that how she felt about me the whole time or did her anger make her say something she didn’t really believe?

It's funny as a joke, but I would never say that sort of shit out of anger. ... and I take it she wasn't trying to be funny at all, she was trying to hurt you with those words. That seems pretty hateful. I've been with tons of chicks that are not my race and none of them ever stooped to that level.
I think you should seriously consider who you have next to you there. That chick sounds like she has above average anger issues and I'm guessing she really does hold some sort of racial ideologies. Don't wait around to finally see her heiling Hitler in her sleep.

I bet... I just remembered a black chick I was with and she would bring up "black world" and "white world" and say I wouldn't know anything about that. To be real I just got tired of her shit before I ever argued with her and just ghosted her ass... but that shit struck me, because I know what she's talking about and I can call bullshit on a lot of it. She'd never open it up for me to speak on it though. I'd basically get banged on for being such and such and then get shut down before I could defend or point out how her view was wrong. I wish you the best of luck on dealing with her, but usually if it's something as worn down as race, they usually have some issues about self-importance. That shit will pop up here and there when you least expect it.
People are not perfect. Accept it or get over it although this is an awfully large "get over" hurdle to jump.

Well, what if that’s how she sees me? That is why I’m thinking this through and wanted opinions. She either said something she didn’t mean or said something that she believes which is she sees me as less than her. She was condescending
Not cool. My in laws make racial comments all the time. its degrading, as if im stripped of everything that makes me, me.
It shows you two things 1) she grew up in a closed minded world and 2) she doesn't think before she opens her mouth, neither of which are positive attributes

Thats for you to decide then. It means she's shallow and resorts to petty grade schooler insults towards someone she should love. If I was dating a girl and she made racial insults to me, she would find herself walking a short plank.
She was angry and not thinking, she probably didn't mean it. But you should let her know how you feel about it so she doesn't keep doing it. It will start to wear on you if she continues
I think it was a spur of the moment thing but like a Freudian slip she said how she viewed you. Don't be upset with her if she is fine. I hope she doesn't run away or chet on you though
Worry less about the slur which was said in anger and more about her out of control temper. It's not likely to get better in time and will be difficult to live with.
