Why do you think this girl said what she said about me?

Question

This girl randomly messaged me and told me I was fat and that it made her feel confident in herself because I looked ugly (note I’ve never seen her in my life, this was off of social media randomly which is weird). Now there’s nothing wrong with being fat but it’s just weird coming from a girl who’s overweight while I’m almost underweight? Top photo is her, bottom photo is me. Why do you think she would randomly bully me especially since I’m visibly thinner than her?

Well I think it’s genuine because they have a whole life on their page (photos since 2015) so if it was a fake account they sure are committed

Yeah I found out she said mean things to a whole bunch of other people too so maybe she’s both bored and insecure who knows. It got to me at first but then I looked at her profile

Usually this is what hackers do when they hack someone's account. They try to ruin the reputation of the person they hacked. Sounds like the girl in question had her account hacked. It's happened to me too on Facebook. So I voted Other.

I doubt they were hacked considering this was a private message where no one would see it so her reputation would remain fine. Plus she was very much active posting on her account with new photos and anyway problem solved she had a degradation kink she wanted me to insult her back. Blocked her it was weird
