If a guy kisses you in the first place (unless it is a random guy or a jerk who sexually assaults you), you are not literally cheating, but you have put yourself in the position in which you are too approachable for someone in a relationship.

It depends on the type of kiss. If it's a peck on the cheek, no it's not cheating. On the lips or French kissing, yeah that is the road to cheating
