I selected A. All of them may apply, I don't disagree with that, but the thing with ghosting is it's almost always finite. Silent treatment implies that it might come to an end where I see ghosting as done, not just a petulant silent tantrum. And ghosting has a reason. They may walk away without giving the reason, but there's a reason -- a decision was made.
