It recently occurred to me maybe she wanted to be on the deed preparing for a future divorce? The kids are in their last 2 years of high school.
Or is this something women do later in life in case something was to happen to me?
FYI she is an Indian woman living in the USA with me 24 years. Culturally the wives don't divorce.
