Both people in the relationship are working. The man has a mortgage free house so the woman has to do all the responsibilities around the house plus the cooking by herself just because he's coming with a free mortgage house.

Or

The woman is coming with a free mortgage house, they both work but the man still expects her to do everything around the house by herself plus cooking.

Are they both fair?

Neither is fair unless they both agreed to those ideas. If the mortgage is free and he's paying for the food, I can see why an argument would be made for her to cook or clean but at the same time she's not a servant if she's living with him. I've always been of the belief that chores should be distributed equally and couples should both have their own independent incomes of their own choosing to deal with. Anything beyond that is an agreement between them.
