I talk to people:

family, friends, acquaintances, strangers.

You have ALL these people groups, and you want to deny them and your access to those, just because you don’t have

ONE ☝️ person in your life at the present moment?

Be practical, be patient with yourself, know your options.

Also spend time with hobbies:

stimulating the brain, expressing emotions/ thoughts, challenging or experiencing thrills. Spending time laughing and immersed in comedy.

Work hard at something for yourself, maybe fitness, at least be active.

live laugh and love dude

its so simple. I know you can do it.

Watch some movies or shows. Read some good books. You can relate to those or others.

Spend time living and you won’t have the time to be lonely.

Too many thoughts in the day on that, means too much empty time on hand.

If I need people to talk to - I will text a friend or go online or visit a zoom activity or email somebody bible verses. If I'm bored, I will read a book or do some fun activity like singing in my room.

Idol, Alone, or Lonely time are the issues of a wealthy society. Busyness is the best way I know to rid oneself of loneliness. I am lonely when I am idol. A Job, gym, Second Job is a great way to rid oneself of the "Alone" feeling. Plus, there is confidence growth in it when in a year or two, one can suddenly afford a house down payment.

I do things. My single "lonley" years were quite productive. Bought a house, took flying lessons, hiking, photography, music... Then came the idea to share it with a special someone. and the rest is history

I never have felt alone. Those are moments that I can stop and take a break. All of my best ideas come to me in moments of quiet. There is always something to keep you occupied. Just keep busy.

Loneliness is a hard one, bud. My best advice would be not to turn to alcohol because it only makes things worse. See if there's a group or sport in your local area you can join

Overall you have to suck it up. Short term I would say to get out of your house and get fresh air, take a hike, join an interest group.
