I look at his comment as a fraudian slip, as in he's the one sleeping around / seeing others and was reflecting his behavior on me.
I told him early that I wasn't some tramp / sleeping around and only been involved with 2 guys in my life.

Well when I asked him why - and said I told you I didn't sleep around / only been with 2 guys - he hasn't responded. Whatsoever.
And beforehand he was sending me laughing emojis saying he was "joking" so I think he realized his mistake by my "why would you say that" automatic response.

To me his actions were sort of defensive. Like an oops he realized he fucked up.
And then when I followed up in saying I don't sleep around / been with two guys he realized yeah he royally fucked up.
Yes he sure did.
So I haven't blocked him - because that'd just justify his claim in his eyes - but I deleted our conversations. That way I'm not tempted to text him (cause it happens). He wants to text me & explain his comment, he can.
We'd just started dating a few weeks ago so it's not like I'm losing anything of real value if he's sleeping around.
