Is she really not straight at all and crushing on me?

I’m close to one of my managers but only at work. She’s almost 30 and I’m 21 so she’s like an older cousin or something. We have this thing where she calls me a nickname and it’s “Kari party”.
Everytime I’ll come in she does it.
Now I have a supervisor who I think may have a lesbian thing for me. Ngl she can get really into her job but she also is fun and she’s only one year older than me for her to be this serious. She’s told me to hang up on my boyfriend ( who she never asks me about. She’s asked other coworkers about their relationship ) even after I was clocked out for the night and leaving and told the other managers who took my side. Other than that she’s nice to me and it’s obvious she has a soft spot because after that fiasco she rlly tried to make it up and felt bad and claimed she “cared about me”.
So one day I came in to work and saw my manager who greeted me and said “hey Kari party” ( my name is Kari ). Then my supervisor kinda had an uncomfortable expression and was like “why do you call her that?” And then my manager explained why she calls me that and then my supervisor was like “if I called Kari that, she’d slap me” implying that I was still mad at her because of the hangup the phone thing. Was her saying that showing jealousy?
