Hi. So I [31M] met and woman [33F] where I work a little over a month ago. We instantly hit it off. Started talking during work breaks and the past couple weeks we go for a walk during lunch break and talk. We went to the fair together a few days ago and had a great time. Close to each other. Grabbing each other’s hands in a caring way. Basically signaling to each other we like each other.
We went for a walk as usual on lunch Friday and talked. We both knew we liked each other but never actually said it out loud. So I told her I liked her and she said she likes me too. Her birthday is this weekend so I got her a necklace and she loved it. Even asked me to put it on her then she gave me a hug.
We talked on Facebook Friday night and made plans to meet the next day to hangout. Said she’d let me know about meeting. So yesterday around 2PM, I’ve heard nothing, so I send her a text asking if we’re still meeting up. She replied back a few mins later and said she wants to but not sure if she can due to all the work around the house. Asked me what time I was thinking, I said anytime after 4 is good for me. We were gonna catch a movie too. Haven’t heard anything since. That was almost 12 hours ago. I’ll be seeing her tomorrow at work and not sure what to say or do unless she texts me today explaining why she didn’t get back to me yesterday. Any advice?
