Ok ik what you're all thinking it's such a werid not important question and you're probably all going to say, it means you either changed your hair or lost weight but could it mean much deeper? Lately I've been struggling with myself with anxiety and depression and myself in general so I've been going to the gym to work out and get rid of insecurities of my own and give myself some confidence and self love, which I don't need to lose weight or gain any just to get my energy up and give myself some happiness, but the other day my boyfriend saw me like a week ago bc I just was so bleh that week and he sees me like that all the time so for the first time he saw me and told me I look different, could that mean I'm getting my life back like my confidence and my happiness to the point where he sees it?

Most of the time when a girl looks "Different" and it is bad then we guys do not say anything beyond, "How is it going or how are you feeling?" When we vocalize then it means we notice an improvement and want to let you know that we attend to you. Tone, Pitch, and body language are the biggest indicator whether it is good or bad.
Yep, it could be that you look happier and more confident. You could ask him what he meant by it. I hope you keep finding happiness :)
