I let my boyfriend borrow my AirPod pros which cost me about $200+. He lost his pair, first he said he let someone borrow those but now he said he actually dropped them in water after getting them back? At his job he’s allowed to wear them and can’t go a day without wearing them because it’ll be a long boring day. This is the second time I let him borrow something from me. He took care of the last thing I let him borrowed so I trusted him again this time. He said he takes care of them well as if they are his which he did.
It was only supposed to be for one day and for me to come get them in the morning. So the next morning I asked did he still need them and he said he kinda does but it’s okay I can still get them.(I have the location on them so I can see where they are located.) So I let him use them some more days just to be nice. I’m suppose to be getting them today but when I look at the location it’s shows one AirPod is at his house and the other is at his job which I’m guessing he lost the one at his job. I’m suppose to be getting them back today, he knows it but don’t know how to react when he tells me he lost it. It cost $70 to replace one so Im already furious inside. I was actually suppose to get them yesterday but we had severe weather so I couldn’t go out so I think this is my fault too. How am I suppose to react when he tells me he it?
