a lot of people simply can't handle the harsh truth because we will in a society full of enablers. a bunch of fat people died recently no thanks to fans encouraging them to keep getting fat and when former drill sergeant John Burke brings up facts in regards to the problems of being fat, society wants to call him fatphobic

I agree, if they specifically ask for 'brutal' honesty. But lots of people use that as an excuse to be A-holes and then defend themselves as just being honest. So it depends.
Because they aren't ready for a place like this and bit off more than they can chew.
