My girl of 3 years left me because i follow girls on social media. She told me a couple months back to unfollow every girl to save the relationship, i did and she left me about 2 weeks after because other reasons. She came back after leaving demanding the same stuff and i told her she left me when she had it so it’s not the issue. She told me she didn’t have to settle for me and left. Is this right?

It sounds like she wasn't interested in working through whatever the true issues were in the relationship. She gave a demand, and you cooperated. Perhaps you had some demands/issues with her as well.
