I am a 44 year woman that is married to a jackass for 18 year and we have 2 kids. Couple weeks ago I found him on some sites that he should not be on. Just very confused why a person would ruin their relationship and family over that.

In no way justifying him -- men do that. But, more importantly, many men don't view dirty sites as ruining relationships. Like everything in a marriage, this is something you need to talk over together. Without judgement (because that won't solve anything) tell him that you're not comfortable with that and he needs to stop. But, remember, guys view porn and sites that have porn very differently than women do. Again -- not justifying him or gaslighting you, just saying that you both approach this differently.

If they are porn sites, he might be addicted. People get addicted to the dopamine high. Do a search on "porn addiction recovery."

If they are dating sites, he is likely cheating or trying to find a partner to do so with. You might want to get a divorce attorney lined up.

Welp, I'd say you should have a chat with him if its bothering you that much.. it will be the only way to get your answers.. do it at time were it's a calm setting so he don't feel judged it could make him shut down an not be open with you!! Hope it helps!!
