What makes you consider a woman is submissive?

I've seen these posts on submissive and dominant behavior in a partner. What really makes a woman submissive in a relationship?

I really am curious because in my professional life even when having emotional intelligence and social skills is part of it, I really don't consider myself submissive.

It's a very intuitive thing, but I guess the best way to describe it would be "going with the flow."

It looks a little bit different in every woman, but there are some consistencies. Submissive women are very soft and gentle; very mild mannered. They tend to be polite, unassuming, and agreeable/easy-going to the point that I personally worry about the woman feeling like I'm disregarding her feelings! lol

I like submissiveness in women, but I thin it's important to find a healthy balance. I don't want to have a relationship with a doormat, but I also don't want to have a relationship with someone who will fight me tooth and nail over every little thing.

I can feel it immediately. It is a knowing and some of the "feminist pant suits" are submissive in certain areas of life too. Most people sometimes are and sometimes are not.

It is just a thing. I am not definitely not a uber Alpha A but I am confident or reserved in things. I learned long ago that most the time that deer in headlights or opened eyes glance and then look down was not shyness. I really do not know how to express. I mean the look at you then turn to the side and never engage directly again are like "no brainer" examples of such behaviors. Sorry for rambling.

Yeah, all women do and it is some kind of nervous energy shooting through the system expressing itself in an unusual way. Often "she's great and he likes someone I am not... he doesn't even know me... this will never work" happens. :-)

It depends. She can be submissive when it comes to making decisions, like offering her opinion/thoughts, but not arguing with what he decides is best, and/or she could be submissive sexually. Those two are different aspects of a relationship, but it can mean either one and just because someone likes their partner to be submissive for one of those relationship aspects, that doesn't mean they want them to be submissive for the other part.

You could most likely rate all relationships with Dom and Sub traits. Sometimes they’re majority of the time, most times it’s a mix.

I do financials, trash, some cooking, etc. She’s actually better at diy repair, lawn shit. It’s the spic in her.

I mean I can only speak for myself but submissive relationally would look like someone who is frequently spoken for, who is told what they want and when, has many decisions made from them so they don’t have to, someone who’s quiet and meek. Sexually speaking might look similar maybe but would be heavily tied to sexual pleasure
