I am single now and I am very attracted to a co-worker. Because she is my co-worker and she has been in a relationship for so many years, I try to refrain myself from showing interest, not only because I don't wanna disrespect her, but I also want to protect myself from being too obsessed with her. During breaks I feel like talking to her all the time, but I am trying too keep a certain distance. I had lunch with her once before I knew for sure that she was in a relationship, but I have not invited her ever since. Do you think my body language betrays my feelings?

She is not married to him, but they've been together for so many years that it's almost as if they are married. I am not going to disrespect her relationship and be immoral. And I don't want to sabotage myself anyway because it seems that they are still going strong and she probably wouldn't give up on her relationship for me.
