Have you ever had someone who was really into you (romantically) lose interest? Did you feel really bad about it?

I had someone who obviously was interested in me and their interested waned. I had that happen once because I learned it was on me as I did not act assertively and move forward even though I had multiple opportunity. This has not happened since.

Its the other way. I was the one who was into that person and lost interest
