Was I wrong here for accusing him of being with someone else?

I’m seeing this guy and he posted a story saying about when he’s with a girl he plays with her hair and back something like that. It really frustrarted me because I didn’t understand why he posted it? He said he’s sorry and that he shouldn’t have posted that? I said ‘if you’re with someone else then don’t talk to me’ and he started yelling saying he’s not with anyone else and how I’m jumping to conclusions and accusing him and how he’s not with anyone. He then took down the story. Also I’m pregnant with his child so this really upset me bu am I being unreasonable for accusing him? Why else would he post that it really pissed me off?

Y'all have had sex before. (Obviously, because you're pregnant. Duh.)
So that means he has had plenty of opportunities to do those things to you if he wanted to.

Is he going to help raise the baby and be in your life? Are you going to be a couple? Exclusive?
IF SO, the two of you better grow up REALLY fast and concern yourself with what's really important going forward. Insecurity and jealousy will rip your life apart. Why would he post it? Good question. Get an answer, and don't blow up in his face about it, especially if he's not going to be your partner.
