Yes. It depends on the strength of those feelings. Besides if they had strong feeling of love for another person I would rather let them be with that person. It’s selfish of me to prevent another person from being happy. After all I’d rather be the reason she is happy than be the person that makes her unhappy.

Yes. But having feelings is the start of an emotional relationship and breaking that bond is very hard once its established.
