Why do I keep hearing or seeing his name?

I haven’t talked to my ex in a year. But a few weeks ago he tried to add me on Snapchat.. then the other day i was driving and saw his name clear as day on the back of a truck.. and while watching a movie today, one of the characters had the same name as him. I also had a dream about him too a few nights ago. Tf? I don’t even miss him lol
