An alpha male is a man who is highly intelligent, confident, and successful. Alpha males are generally considered great leaders and prefer to be in positions of power. Common traits alpha males possess include: Being in a position of power. Being comfortable with high levels of responsibility.

Therefore, that person you mentioned is not an Alpha male. He must have think of himself highly only because of that clean cut, clean look. However, looks are not the basis. That person got some serious emotional issues, which would be treated through therapy or disciplining one's overall attitude. It might have something to do with his family, that's why he's so emotional. It would be great to have his character development.

Right hand man/woman is a good person to have around since they are very reliable. However, they can't be considered an alpha because being very reliable alone will not do to be an alpha, they need to have a strong will, goal-oriented and have the guts to be a leader.

Yeah, no. Alphas tend to be confident in themselves and more mature. Dealing with their insecurities in a healthy way while also maintaining control of both themselves and their situations. This is not an alpha male.
I would see this as more of a beta type. They might have confidence or it's usually just faked. They get triggered easily and don't know how to really cope but they try really hard to be seen.
