To summarise I have been putting more effort on my self growth, career and next steps in my life but the "want" to have a relationship has been faded away slowly.
I feel like a relationship would be a burden. The repulsion is so hard even l myself can't stop me from drifting away from the idea of having a relationship.
My question is why this is happening, and how to not drift away?

It's not uncommon for people to experience a shift in their priorities and desires over time, especially as they focus on personal growth and career goals. It's possible that you're simply finding fulfillment and satisfaction in other areas of your life right now, which is leading you to feel less of a need for a relationship.
It's important to remember that there's nothing wrong with not wanting a relationship, and that it's okay to prioritize your own well-being and happiness. However, if you find that you're drifting away from the idea of a relationship and it's causing you distress, it may be helpful to explore why you're feeling this way.
Some potential reasons for feeling averse to relationships could include past relationship trauma or negative experiences, fear of commitment or vulnerability, or a need for independence or autonomy. It may be helpful to reflect on your past experiences and to identify any patterns or triggers that may be contributing to your feelings.
It may also be helpful to seek support from a therapist or counselor to help you work through any underlying issues and to develop healthier coping strategies and relationship skills. With time and effort, it's possible to develop a more positive and fulfilling attitude towards relationships, if that's what you ultimately desire.
