His ex liked all my instagram pictures? Me and her are not friends or talking?

I have been seeing this guy on and off for some years now. We were dating, boyfriend/girlfriend, then we were just friends and casually hooking up from time to time, also where we are at now. We are cool.

Some time before me he had a girlfriend. I don’t know her and we have never met. They were friendly (talked on the phone) but lived in different countries at the time and she had another partner as well.

But I know she has been kinda jealous calling me ugly and that I am not his type.

Now she liked 10 of my Instagram stories out of nowhere, we don’t follow each other.

I just don’t like that he let her diss me when they still talk and I feel it is weird of her to like so many of my posts, we have never talked, not even chatted online. Should I just let it go?
