Not at all. In order to be happily married one must not seek anything elsewhere, except with the express permission of their spouse. There are swingers, people that have extramarital outings but said things approved. Cheating is a selfish act and you prove with your actions that you do not actually care about your spouse.

it happened without cautiousness , nobody seemed to cheat. it was two neighbors that got a bit overly too friendly and just fell for each other

Yes and no. I mean he or she may feel happily married. But he or she is just TOXIC and hasn't yet realized it. Because cheating is toxic behaviour plain and simple.
