I became cold hearted and there’s nothing I can’t do to change it anymore.

I don’t know how to keep ir show affection to a new man.

My ex husband was the only formal relationship that lasted for many years until now (I’m 28) after him 2 guys broke my heart. One by lying about being single and when I showed affection such as sending him drawing he was cold. The other one was toxic a cheater and told me I was cold. This guy is similar to my ex husband but not nicer than him. It’s being 5 months and now I feel I can’t keep up. I don’t know what to do. We live 5 hours away.

It's more about choosing healthy compatible partners than holding onto dysfunctional relationships. If you wouldn't want your daughter to be in a relationship with him, leave the relationship. You don't have to work hard to hold onto quality partners. You just want to continue to nurture the relationship to keep it new and alive. A relationship is a partnership. If both don't do their best to constantly make sure their partner feels safe, secure and special, the relationship is only a fantasy you maintain in your head.
