Should I keep dating this guy?

I am dating a guy who was just posting on Instagram and Facebook, videos and photos, of him being coupled up with another girl just a month ago. Which I saw for myself because he and I started to communicate through social media. We were always friends on social media. I even remember seeing and watching the post but when he stopped posting and started messaging me I figured maybe they were never really together and he’s just dating around right now. So, I have agreed to date him but it’s weird because now he’s posting me just like he was posting her. Pictures and videos of me or he and I together doing random things, just like he did with her. He’s taking individual pictures and posting me and putting cute songs over them. Exactly like he did with the other girl and that’s what’s making me question am I making the wrong move by choosing to date this guy? He seems to move pretty fast and treat all women the same. As though we’re exposable. Also, I’ve been wondering what happened between him and the other girl.
